U.S. News & World Report honored three hotels within the Hilton Portfolio as the best hotels in the USA and 19 as one of the best hotels within their market. All hotels were named as part of the publisher’s annual ranking of hotels that offer high-quality amenities and exceptional experiences.

Hilton Worldwide Named Gold Winner of 2014 Gartner & 1to1 Media CRM Excellence Awards

Hilton Worldwide today was named a Gold winner in the customer analytics category of the 2014 Gartner and 1to1 Media CRM Excellence Awards. Hilton is recognized for its Satisfaction and Loyalty Tracking (SALT) analytics program that enables the global hospitality company to collect and analyze customer feedback to create data-validated best practices that are tested and implemented across the company to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Awarded Highest Ranking by J.D. Power

Today, Hilton Worldwide announced that its extended stay brand Homewood Suites by Hilton received the highest ranking in the J.D. Power 2013 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index StudySM in the upper extended stay segment. This marks the tenth award in the past 13 years for the brand since J.D. Power began ranking hotels in 1999.

Today, Hilton Worldwide announced that two of its hotel brands received highest rankings in the J.D. Power and Associates 2012 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index StudySM. Hilton Garden Inn achieved the highest ranking in the “Upscale Segment” in a tie, its ninth highest ranking in the study throughout the past 11 years. Homewood Suites by Hilton was awarded the highest ranking in the “Extended Stay Segment” – the ninth award in 12 years for the brand in the segment.
