Members of both programs now have the opportunity to earn Fortune Wings Club miles and Hilton HHonors points when they stay at any of the more than 3,800 participating hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio.

Hilton HHonors points also can be exchanged for miles, with 25,000 points equaling 10,000 Fortune Wings miles.
