Beth Scott joined Hilton Worldwide in June 2009 as Vice President of Restaurant Concepts supporting all of Hilton Worldwide's full-service, luxury and focused-service brand hotels worldwide.
Ms. Scott was most recently with Scott International Inc., and served as a Hospitality Consultant where she focused on market analysis and operations planning for the China hospitality market. Ms. Scott also conceived and developed a restaurant re-concept plan for the hotel company's Las Vegas operations and conducted financial analysis of a $50M catering business in New York City. Prior to her position with Scott International, Ms. Scott served as Vice President of Food & Beverage for Loews Hotels in New York, where she was responsible for all F&B outlets group-wide and established initiatives to create synergies across all of Loews F&B businesses.
Ms. Scott received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Boston University.
